ORDERING
Orders may be placed through our online ordering system, by eMail, phone, Fax or mail.

Please understand that we are selling only to business customers and government. Thus, only B2B orders served!

Our Anti-Fraud Notice
Electronic fraud or internet fraud is a growing and frequently encountered phenomenon that hits software developers and software vendors. To combat fraud ADONTEC and/or associated reseller may collect identifying information and analyse using Anti-Fraud tools, with each order received. The information collected may include, but may not be limited to, the IP address or the eMail address. ADONTEC will keep this information confidential except that it will be supplied to prosecuting or regulatory authorities in connection with fraud or other investigation.

SHIPPING
Most products are stock items and will be shipped within 24 hours. Software usually delivered electronically (download link or email same day). Both Express and Economy shipment are available. Economy is shipped using Aimail and may take 2 to 5 days (some destinations may need extra days).

Export/Import: Exports of some goods are controlled. You may need to apply for a licence, or comply with specific regulations when you export goods outside of your country or the European Union (EU). The purchaser must obey to any export / import restrictions when exporting the purchased goods and must have the appropriate licences and make export declarations to customs. ADONTEC cannot be held responsible for delays or other incidents when applying for an export license.

PRICING
All prices (agreed or listed) are exclusive of fees and tax(es). Any and all taxes, as required by the specific tax legislation, are the responsibility of the customer e.g. customs duties, import tax(es), withholding tax.

WARRANTY
We offer one year warranty for the products we sale. Some of our suppliers may offer a longer warranty period which we gladly support.

RETURN POLICY

  1. We don't accept for a refund:
    1. electronically delivered software products (ESD, e.g. email, download). Since a license key can not be returned once issued, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

      2. Invest securely with ADONTEC! If any function in software we explicit assured you does not functioning and our engineers cannot solve the problem within 72 hours then we'll gladly refund the product at 100%. Our engineers only expect from you the information to reproduce the problem. This statement is valid for all ADONTEC software products like: SuperCom, ZMCS, COMM Extender, ServiceLib, RuntimePacker, W2LPL, ADIPC, ....
      ADONTEC takes great pride in offering quality products accompanied with excellent technical support.

    2. large orders, custom orders or products especially made for a customer (this special case is printed on the invoice).
     
  2. In all other cases customers are permitted to return products within 30 days provided:
    1. every effort to solve the problem within 72 hours through our technical support staff has failed.
    2. the disk or CD seals of a software product are not broken and the contents, including documentation, are in a resalable condition.
    3. a valid RMA (return authorization number) is displayed on the outside of the returned package. (A RMA number may be obtained by contacting the Customer Service Department.)
    4. the customer pays the shipping costs and retains proof of shipment.
If the above criteria are not satisfactorily met, ADONTEC reserves the right to refuse merchandise or send back to the customer. A 20% restocking fee may be applied against credit issued.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The buyer bears the responsibility for the intended use of the products supplied by us. Under no circumstances will ADONTEC be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, direct, special, punitive, incidental, consequential damages of any character that arise from you or any other users use of the Software, Hardware or technology offered.

CHOICE OF LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS
Should any part of these conditions be or be found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall in no way affect the validity of the remaining parts.

This agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Germany courts.
