By installing or using this software you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, promptly return the unused software for a refund. Return of the software is only accepted if the CD seal is unbroken. Electronically delivered software products (e.g. email, download) are not accepted for a return. Customer agrees to ship at his own costs and retain proof of shipment. Shipping costs are not refundable.


LICENSE TERMS
Anybody reproducing the manual and the software program will be prosecuted.
The rights for the software program and the documentation remain with ADONTEC.

Copies may only be made for back-up purposes. The software program may not be used simultaneously by different persons at different locations and on different machines, just as it is impossible that one book is read at the same time in different locations by several persons.

GUARANTEE LIMITATION
We always make every effort to supply to you a perfect software. We would like to bring to your attention though that with the present level of technology we cannot guarantee that the software program works interrupt and error-free in all combinations and applications. No guarantee is given for the correctness of the contents of this manual since errors, inspite of all efforts, never can be completely avoided. For this reason we are grateful anytime for comments. The liability for indirect damages, direct damages, follow on damages and damages to third parties is excluded within the legal framework. The liability through gross negligence and intent is hereby unaffected, in each case though the liability is limited to the purchase price.
