ORDERING
Orders may be placed by FAX, eMail, phone or mail.

Anti-Fraud Notice
Electronic fraud or internet fraud is a growing and frequently encountered phenomenon that hits software developers and software vendors. To combat fraud ADONTEC and/or associated reseller may collect identifying information and analyse using Anti-Fraud tools, with each order received. The information collected may include, but may not be limited to, the IP address or the eMail address. ADONTEC will keep this information confidential except that it will be supplied to prosecuting or regulatory authorities in connection with fraud or other investigation.

SHIPPING
Most products are stock items and will be shipped within 24 hours. Both Express and Economy shipment are available.

WARRANTY
All products we offer have two year warranty. Some of our suppliers may offer a longer warranty period which we gladly support.

RETURN POLICY

  1. We don't accept for a refund:
    1. electronically delivered software products (e.g. email, download). Since a license key can not be returned once issued, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
    2. Invest securely with ADONTEC! If any function we explicit assured you does not functioning and our engineers cannot solve the problem within 72 hours then we'll gladly refund the product. Our engineers only expect from you the information to reproduce the problem. This statement is valid for all ADONTEC software products like: SuperCom, SuperMonitor, ZMCS, COMM Extender, ServiceLib, RuntimePacker, ....
      ADONTEC takes great pride in offering quality products accompanied with excellent technical support.

    3. large orders, custom orders or products especially made for a customer (this special case is printed on the invoice).
     
  2. In all other cases customers are permitted to return products within 30 days provided:
    1. every effort to solve the problem within 72 hours through our technical support staff has failed.
    2. the disk or CD seals of a software product are not broken and the contents, including documentation, are in a resalable condition.
    3. a valid RMA (return authorization number) is displayed on the outside of the returned package. (A RMA number may be obtained by contacting the Customer Service Department.)
    4. the customer pays the shipping costs and retains proof of shipment.
If the above criteria are not satisfactorily met, ADONTEC reserves the right to refuse merchandise or send back to the customer. A 20% restocking fee will be applied against credit issued.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable.
